سياسة الخصوصية

السياسة دي بتوضح البيانات اللي بنجمعها عنك، وبنستخدمها في إيه، وبنحميها إزاي، وإيه حقوقك. بنتعامل مع بياناتك وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها، ومنها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020.

1. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• بيانات التواصل: الاسم ورقم التليفون والإيميل واسم البيزنس، لما تكلمنا على واتساب أو تملا فورم.
• بيانات الحساب: البيانات اللي بنحتاجها عشان نعمل ونشغّل حسابك على GoHighLevel.
• بيانات الدفع: تفاصيل العملية (المبلغ والتاريخ وطريقة الدفع). إحنا مش بنحتفظ بأرقام الكروت.
• بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات تقنية بسيطة زي نوع الجهاز والمتصفح والصفحات اللي زرتها على موقعنا.

2. بنستخدم بياناتك في إيه

• عشان نعمل حسابك ونفعّله وندعمك.
• عشان نتواصل معاك بخصوص الحساب والدفع والتجديد.
• عشان نحسّن موقعنا وخدماتنا.
• عشان نلتزم بالقانون ونمنع النصب وإساءة الاستخدام.

مش بنبيع بياناتك لأي حد.

3. مين بيشوف بياناتك

بنشارك بياناتك بس مع الجهات اللي محتاجينها عشان نقدم الخدمة:

• HighLevel: المنصة اللي الحساب شغال عليها، وبتخزّن بيانات حسابك.
• جهات الدفع: اللي بتنفّذ عملية الدفع.
• Meta وواتساب: لما بنتواصل معاك أو لما تربط واتساب بحسابك.
• الجهات الرسمية: لو القانون طلب ده.

الجهات دي ممكن تخزّن البيانات على سيرفرات برّه مصر، وكل جهة ليها سياسة خصوصية خاصة بيها.

4. بيانات عملاءك جوه الحساب

البيانات اللي بتضيفها إنت للحساب عن عملاءك، إنت المسؤول عنها وعن إنك تجمعها بموافقتهم. إحنا مش بنستخدمها لأي غرض غير إننا نشغّل الحساب وندعمك لما تطلب.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ والحماية

بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك شغال، وبعد كده على قد ما القانون أو المحاسبة تحتاج. وبنستخدم إجراءات معقولة عشان نحمي بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح بيه، لكن مفيش نظام على الإنترنت آمن 100%.

6. الكوكيز والأدوات الخارجية

موقعنا شغال على GoHighLevel، وبيحمّل خطوط من Google Fonts وملفات من Cloudflare وcdnjs. الجهات دي ممكن تسجّل بيانات تقنية زي عنوان الـ IP، وHighLevel ممكن يستخدم كوكيز عشان يشغّل الموقع والفورمز.

7. حقوقك

من حقك تطلب تشوف بياناتك، أو تصححها، أو تمسحها، أو تعترض على استخدامها، أو تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت. ابعتلنا على واتساب وهنرد عليك في أقرب وقت. ولو مش راضي عن ردّنا، تقدر تشتكي لمركز حماية البيانات الشخصية في مصر.

8. الأطفال

خدماتنا للبيزنس، ومش موجهة لأي حد أقل من 18 سنة.

9. التعديلات والتواصل

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect about you, how we use and protect it, and your rights. We handle your data in line with applicable laws, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

1. Data we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, email and business name when you message us on WhatsApp or fill a form.
• Account details: the information needed to create and run your GoHighLevel account.
• Payment details: transaction details (amount, date and method). We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as device, browser and pages visited on our site.

2. How we use your data

• To create, activate and support your account.
• To contact you about your account, payment and renewal.
• To improve our website and services.
• To comply with the law and prevent fraud and misuse.

We never sell your data.

3. Who can see your data

We share your data only with parties we need to provide the service:

• HighLevel: the platform your account runs on, which stores your account data.
• Payment providers: who process your payment.
• Meta and WhatsApp: when we message you or you connect WhatsApp to your account.
• Authorities: where required by law.

These parties may store data on servers outside Egypt, and each has its own privacy policy.

4. Your customers' data

You are responsible for the data you add to the account about your own customers, and for collecting it with their consent. We don't use it for anything other than running the account and supporting you when you ask.

5. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as legal or accounting needs require. We use reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, but no online system is 100% secure.

6. Cookies and third-party tools

Our site runs on GoHighLevel and loads fonts from Google Fonts and files from Cloudflare and cdnjs. These providers may log technical data such as your IP address, and HighLevel may use cookies to run the site and its forms.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll respond as soon as we can. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18.

9. Changes and contact
