الشروط والأحكام

الشروط دي بتنظم استخدامك لموقع Zistm وللحساب الفرعي على GoHighLevel وللخدمات اللي بنقدمها. بمجرد ما تطلب حساب أو خدمة أو تستخدمها، إنت موافق على الشروط دي.

1. عن Zistm

Zistm نشاط مستقل بيقدم حسابات فرعية (Sub-accounts) على منصة GoHighLevel تحت حساب الإيجنسي الخاص بـ Zistm، وكمان خدمات بناء وتخصيص على المنصة. Zistm مش تابعة لشركة HighLevel, Inc. ومش وكيل رسمي عنها، وHighLevel علامة تجارية مملوكة لأصحابها.

2. الحساب الفرعي

  • بنوفرلك حساب فرعي واحد لمدة 12 شهر من تاريخ الدفع.
  • الحساب لاستخدام البيزنس بتاعك إنت بس، ومينفعش تبيعه أو تأجره أو تعمل منه حسابات لغيرك.
  • إنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على بيانات الدخول، وعن أي نشاط بيحصل من خلال حسابك.
  • الأدوات والمميزات المتاحة بتعتمد على منصة GoHighLevel، وممكن HighLevel تغيّر أو تضيف أو تشيل مميزات من وقت للتاني.

3. التفعيل والدفع

  • بنفعّلك الحساب قبل الدفع عشان تشوفه بنفسك. لو الدفع ماتمّش في المدة اللي اتفقنا عليها على واتساب، من حقنا نوقف الحساب.
  • سعر الاشتراك 100 دولار أمريكي للـ 12 شهر، أو المعادل اللي بنتفق عليه، وبيتدفع مرة واحدة.
  • الخدمات المدفوعة حسب الاستخدام (زي الـ SMS والمكالمات والإيميلات وواتساب وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي وأرقام التليفون) مش جزء من الاشتراك، وبتتحاسب لوحدها على حسب استخدامك.
  • الأسعار ممكن تتغير في المستقبل، والتغيير مش بيأثر على مدة مدفوعة بالفعل.

4. الضمان والاسترداد

معاك ضمان استرداد لمدة 14 يوم من تاريخ الدفع على اشتراك الحساب. الشروط الكاملة في سياسة الاسترداد.

5. الاستخدام المسموح

إنت موافق إنك تلتزم بشروط استخدام GoHighLevel وسياسات Meta وواتساب وأي منصة بتربطها بالحساب، وبالقوانين المعمول بها. وممنوع تستخدم الحساب في:

  • إرسال رسايل مزعجة (Spam) أو رسايل لناس ماوافقوش يستقبلوها.
  • أي محتوى أو نشاط مخالف للقانون، أو فيه نصب أو انتحال شخصية أو انتهاك لحقوق غيرك.
  • محاولة اختراق المنصة أو تعطيلها.

من حقنا نوقف أو نلغي أي حساب بيخالف البنود دي، من غير استرداد.

6. بياناتك

البيانات اللي بتضيفها للحساب (عملاءك ورسايلك ومحتواك) ملكك إنت، وإنت المسؤول عن إنك تجمعها بشكل قانوني. إحنا بنتعامل معاها بس على قد ما نحتاج عشان نقدملك الخدمة. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

7. المدة والتجديد والإنهاء

  • الاشتراك مش بيتجدد أوتوماتيك. بنكلمك قبل نهاية المدة لو حابب تجدد.
  • لو ماجددتش، الحساب بيتوقف في نهاية المدة. ننصحك تصدّر بياناتك قبل الموعد ده.
  • تقدر تطلب إلغاء الحساب في أي وقت. الإلغاء بعد مدة الضمان مش بيدّيك حق استرداد عن المدة الباقية.

8. الخدمات الإضافية

خدمات البناء والتخصيص (زي إنشاء المواقع والأوتوميشن والـ AI Agent) بيتحدد نطاقها وسعرها ومدة تنفيذها في عرض سعر منفصل بنتفق عليه قبل البدء، والعرض ده هو اللي بيحكم الخدمة.

9. توفر الخدمة وحدود المسؤولية

  • الحساب بيشتغل على منصة GoHighLevel وخدمات طرف تالت، وإحنا مش مسؤولين عن أي توقف أو عطل أو تغيير بيحصل منهم.
  • الخدمة بتتقدم "زي ما هي"، ومش بنضمن نتايج معينة في المبيعات أو الأرباح.
  • في كل الأحوال، أقصى مسؤولية على Zistm هي قيمة المبلغ اللي دفعته لنا خلال الـ 12 شهر اللي فاتوا.

10. التعديلات والقانون

ممكن نعدّل الشروط دي، وهننشر النسخة الجديدة على الصفحة دي بتاريخ التحديث. الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، والمحاكم المصرية المختصة هي اللي ليها الاختصاص في أي نزاع.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Zistm website, the GoHighLevel sub-account we provide, and our services. By requesting or using an account or service, you agree to these terms.

1. About Zistm

Zistm is an independent business that provides sub-accounts on the GoHighLevel platform under the Zistm agency account, along with build and customization services on the platform. Zistm is not affiliated with or an official representative of HighLevel, Inc. HighLevel is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. The sub-account

  • We provide one sub-account for 12 months from the date of payment.
  • The account is for your own business only. You may not resell, rent or create accounts for others from it.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
  • Available tools and features depend on the GoHighLevel platform, and HighLevel may change, add or remove features from time to time.

3. Activation and payment

  • We activate your account before payment so you can see it for yourself. If payment isn't made within the period we agree on WhatsApp, we may suspend the account.
  • The subscription is US$100 for 12 months, or an agreed equivalent, paid once.
  • Usage-based services (such as SMS, calls, email sending, WhatsApp, AI tools and phone numbers) are not part of the subscription and are billed separately based on your usage.
  • Prices may change in the future. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Guarantee and refunds

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee on the account subscription from the date of payment. Full terms are in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the GoHighLevel terms of use, the policies of Meta, WhatsApp and any platform you connect, and applicable laws. You may not use the account to:

  • Send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
  • Carry out unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to breach or disrupt the platform.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules, without a refund.

6. Your data

The data you add to the account (your contacts, messages and content) belongs to you, and you are responsible for collecting it lawfully. We only handle it as needed to provide the service. See our privacy policy.

7. Term, renewal and termination

  • The subscription does not renew automatically. We contact you before the end of the term if you'd like to renew.
  • If you don't renew, the account is deactivated at the end of the term. We recommend exporting your data before then.
  • You can ask to close your account at any time. Closing it after the guarantee period does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining term.

8. Additional services

The scope, price and timeline of build and customization services (such as websites, automation and AI Agents) are set out in a separate quote agreed before work starts, and that quote governs the service.

9. Availability and liability

  • The account runs on GoHighLevel and third-party services, and we are not responsible for outages, faults or changes on their side.
  • The service is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee any particular sales or business results.
  • In all cases, Zistm's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
